We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Registered Nurse to join our team at McCall & Lee Healthcare Resources. As a Nurse Specialist, you will have the opportunity to expand your knowledge and skills in a specialized unit/department.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality patient care and best practice in a fast-paced ICU environment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with the latest nursing practices and technologies
- Contribute to the development and implementation of unit-based initiatives to improve patient satisfaction and quality of care
- Current RN licensure in the state of practice
- 1+ year of experience in an ICU or similar setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
