Office Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office Manager to join our team at Roper St. Francis Healthcare. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day administrative functions of our physician practice, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Management: Oversee the financial aspects of the practice, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Human Resource Management: Recruit, train, and manage a team of administrative staff, ensuring excellent customer service and high-quality healthcare delivery.
- Operations: Monitor and improve the day-to-day functions of the practice, ensuring an efficient, professional, and productive environment.
- Customer Service: Respond to internal and external customers with sensitivity and professionalism, communicating effectively and portraying a positive image.
- Associated Degree: Strongly preferred with at least two years of progressive experience in a healthcare setting, medical office environment, or relevant business environment.
- Electronic Medical Record experience and previous experience working in or managing outpatient physician practice: Preferred.
- Language: Proficiency in English.
- Age of Patient Population: Demonstrates knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served.
Frequent sitting, long periods of working at a computer, intermittent walking, standing, stooping, bending, and occasional lifting or moving items up to 50 lbs.
