Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as an Insurance Sales Representative. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business growth and meet sales targets.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients through transparent, honest, and empathetic interactions.
  • Prepare and present quotes to potential clients, addressing their concerns and objections in a clear and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalency; associate's degree or bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Property and Casualty License required; we will provide 100% funding for licensing.
  • Sales experience is a bonus, but not required.
  • Proficient typing and data entry skills, with experience working in an office environment and utilizing computer software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
