About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Guest Advisor to join our team. As a Guest Advisor, you will be the face of our company and will be responsible for providing unparalleled customer service to our guests. Your primary role will be to educate our guests about our cannabis products and help them discover the products that will improve their quality of life.

Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, including answering questions and addressing concerns.
  • Stay up-to-date with cannabis knowledge and product offerings to educate and serve our guests with excellence.
  • Use active selling skills during guest engagements to enhance sales and revenue.
  • Host or participate in educational events, both on-site and off-site, to educate our guests about our products and services.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve sales and revenue goals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role in a retail environment.
  • Familiarity with ordering platforms and POS systems.
  • Personal or professional experience with cannabis is preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
