Job Summary

This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, generating sales, and maintaining a well-organized store environment. The ideal candidate will be a team player who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences and contributing to the success of our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Generate sales by identifying customer needs and making recommendations on products and services.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer service areas.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment.
  • Assist with visual merchandising, including setting up displays and maintaining store fixtures.
  • Participate in inventory management, including receiving and processing shipments, counting inventory, and reporting discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide support during peak periods.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior retail experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit card transactions.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
