Estimated Salary: $92,500 - $112,750 per year

Our ideal candidate possesses a strong background in retirement/financial services, with a minimum of 3 years of experience and relevant certifications. You will also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to travel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver educational seminars and webinars to plan sponsors and participants.
  • Conduct one-on-one financial advisory sessions with employees and retirees.
  • Collaborate with plan administration, legal counsel, and plan sponsors to resolve participant issues.
  • Work with plan sponsors to increase employee participation.
