Voya's Disability Solutions is dedicated to helping individuals and communities achieve financial security. As a Retirement Plan Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering on-site education and personalized guidance to plan sponsors and participants.

Estimated Salary: $94,200 - $113,600 per year

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in retirement/financial services. You will have a minimum of 3 years of experience and relevant certifications, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver educational content for plan sponsors and participants.
  • Conduct one-on-one financial advisory sessions with employees and retirees.
  • Collaborate with plan administration, legal counsel, and plan sponsors to resolve participant issues.
  • Work with plan sponsors to increase employee participation.
