Job Description

CNA is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Commercial Premium Audit team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, developing and implementing process improvements, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality audit services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and direct a team of audit professionals, providing guidance and coaching to ensure the successful completion of audit projects.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement strategic plans, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and objectives.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, vendors, and regulatory agencies.
  • Develop and implement process improvements, leveraging industry best practices and emerging trends to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, maintaining a strong understanding of industry standards and regulatory changes.
  • Participate in industry-relevant committees and focus groups, providing expertise and suggestions to drive innovation and improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of management experience, with a strong background in audit or risk management.
  • Proven track record of driving process improvements and delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong knowledge of workers' compensation, general liability, and commercial auto policy writing.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively plan and direct multiple projects and project teams simultaneously.
