Lead Director, Retail Pharmacy FP&A

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Director, Retail Pharmacy FP&A to join our team at CVS Health. This is a key leadership role that will be responsible for leading a team focused on budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for consolidated Retail Pharmacy Margin.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, with a proven track record of building strong business relationships and driving financial outcomes. They will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of financial models, as well as providing analytical support to senior management.
This is a highly visible and dynamic role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for Retail Pharmacy Margin
- Develop and implement financial models to support business decisions
- Provide analytical support to senior management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes
- Identify and mitigate financial risks
- 8-10+ years of finance experience with a track record of steady progression
- Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a business-related discipline
- Strong analytical knowledge base and financial acumen
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to problem solve and identify opportunities for improvement
We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000.00 - $231,540.00, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401(k) retirement savings plan, and employee stock purchase plan.
