Core Responsibilities
- Deliver therapeutic services and guidance to individuals and families, utilizing both face-to-face and virtual platforms.
- Perform evaluations, develop treatment strategies, and manage documentation within a digital framework.
- Apply research-supported methodologies and assessment instruments.
- Engage with community organizations and facilitate referrals as needed.
- Participate in oversight and professional development sessions.
- Attend team meetings and comply with organizational policies.
- Uphold the mission and values of the organization.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
Administrative Duties/Documentation
- Adhere to program and organizational protocols.
- Participate in meetings and maintain precise records.
- Regularly consult with the clinical supervisor.
- Timely completion of financial and job-related documentation.
Qualifications
- Master's or Doctoral Degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related discipline.
- Licensure in Massachusetts (LSCW, LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, LADCI).
- Possession of a valid driver's license.
- Preferred: Massachusetts CANS certification.
Skills and Competencies
- Capacity to manage tasks autonomously.
- Knowledge of First Aid, CPR, and Fire Safety protocols.
- Strong communication abilities.
- Effective decision-making skills.
- Experience in collaborative work environments.
- Bilingual candidates (English + Spanish) are highly encouraged to apply.
