Core Responsibilities

  • Deliver therapeutic services and guidance to individuals and families, utilizing both face-to-face and virtual platforms.
  • Perform evaluations, develop treatment strategies, and manage documentation within a digital framework.
  • Apply research-supported methodologies and assessment instruments.
  • Engage with community organizations and facilitate referrals as needed.
  • Participate in oversight and professional development sessions.
  • Attend team meetings and comply with organizational policies.
  • Uphold the mission and values of the organization.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

Administrative Duties/Documentation

  • Adhere to program and organizational protocols.
  • Participate in meetings and maintain precise records.
  • Regularly consult with the clinical supervisor.
  • Timely completion of financial and job-related documentation.

Qualifications

  • Master's or Doctoral Degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related discipline.
  • Licensure in Massachusetts (LSCW, LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, LADCI).
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
  • Preferred: Massachusetts CANS certification.

Skills and Competencies

  • Capacity to manage tasks autonomously.
  • Knowledge of First Aid, CPR, and Fire Safety protocols.
  • Strong communication abilities.
  • Effective decision-making skills.
  • Experience in collaborative work environments.
  • Bilingual candidates (English + Spanish) are highly encouraged to apply.
