Nocturnist Nurse Practitioner Position in Brockton, MA

Position Overview:
This healthcare facility features a closed ICU with intensivists available around the clock. We are seeking board-certified or board-eligible internal medicine or family medicine practitioners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage approximately 9 admissions each night, along with floor calls.
- Minimal supervision of Advanced Practice Providers (APP).
- Opportunity to mentor transitional year residents.
- Participate in rapid response and code teams.
All team members are certified in basic life support and advanced cardiovascular life support, with the intensivist team taking over once they arrive on the scene.
Regular meetings over lunch to discuss concerns and provide updates.
Work Schedule: 7 pm to 7 am. We are considering candidates for full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts. For full-time positions, the schedule consists of 7 consecutive days on followed by 7 days off.
Utilization of Meditech and access to an internal informatics platform.
