\tRepresenting clients in commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, commercial lease issues, property disputes, business torts and other commercial related disputes.
\tPreparing and reviewing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
\tConducting legal research and drafting legal briefs and memoranda.
\tNegotiating settlements and resolving disputes in a manner that best serves the client's interests.
\tAppearing in court for hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings.
\tProviding strategic advice to clients on legal and business matters.
\tCollaborating with other attorneys and staff to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.", "Qualifications": "
\tJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
\tLicensed to practice law in the State of Ohio and in good standing
\tMinimum of three years of experience as a litigator, with a strong focus on real estate and business litigation
\tExcellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills
\tProficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
\tAbility to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
