We are seeking an experienced candidate to join our firm as a Tax and Transactional Associate Attorney.

Responsibilities:

\u2022 Providing expert tax advice and strategic planning for real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing and development projects.

\u2022 Developing complex partnership agreements and LLC operating agreements.

\u2022 Advising clients on tax implications related to business transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and business organizations.

\u2022 Conducting thorough research and analysis of complex tax issues and staying updated on tax legislation.

\u2022 Preparing and reviewing tax-related documents, agreements, and filings to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws.

Qualifications:

\u2022 Minimum of three years of experience as a tax attorney, with a strong focus on real estate and business transactions

\u2022 Proven track record of providing strategic tax advice in complex transactions
