About the Company:

Dacor Installation Service Inc, a medium-sized furniture installation company based in the Hartford area, is seeking a part-time full charge bookkeeper to join their team.

Salary:

The estimated annual salary for this position is $45,000-$60,000, depending on experience.

Job Description:

We are looking for an individual with strong interpersonal and organizational skills to manage our financial operations. The successful candidate will have flexible part-time hours (Monday-Friday) and will be responsible for weekly payroll submissions, reconciliations, general ledger journal entries, accounts payable and receivable, tax filings, and working closely with our accountant.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong background in QuickBooks desktop environment
  • Experience with weekly payroll submissions and reconcilements
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Familiarity with general ledger journal entries, accounts payable and receivable, and tax filings
