We are offering an opportunity for a part time Bookkeeper to join our team in Lake Park, Florida, United States. In this role, you will be responsible for handling billing and data entry tasks, matching invoices, and utilizing QuickBooks. This position offers a contract employment opportunity.


Responsibilities:


• Handling data entry tasks with precision and accuracy

• Managing and processing customer billing efficiently

• Maintaining up-to-date customer records

• Matching invoices correctly and promptly

• Utilizing QuickBooks for various tasks

• Monitoring customer accounts and taking necessary action when required

• Resolving customer inquiries in a timely manner

• Proficiency in QuickBooks software is required.

• Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or Billing Clerk or similar accounting role.

• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices and collection regulations.

• Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records.

• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in office productivity software, particularly spreadsheet applications.

• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to billing and collections.

• Strong problem-solving skills.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

• High school diploma required; further education in finance or accounting will be considered a plus.
