Leasing Coordinator, Administrative Assistant

The Leasing Coordinator plays a critical role in the success of our team, responsible for qualifying new residents and requalifying existing residents for occupancy. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Process paperwork and interact with tenants and agencies
- Assist with administrative and leasing tasks to maintain a smooth rental office operation
- Demonstrate initiative, work well under pressure, and prioritize multiple tasks
- Maintain courteous communications with residents, applicants, and representatives of other companies
- Attend leasing meetings and provided seminars
- Assist in follow-up on work orders as needed
- Adhere to Hawaii Tenant/Landlord law and Fair Housing laws
Requirements
- Sedentary work, able to sit for long periods while in the office
- Able to ascend stairs, occasionally lift and carry five-pound boxes and files
- Frequent walking, standing, and sitting
