Position Overview
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator (TAC) is essential in the onboarding process for caregivers at Family Resource Home Care.

This role involves managing the onboarding of a significant number of caregivers, typically between 20 to 40 weekly.

The TAC ensures that caregivers are thoroughly prepared for their orientation, maintains effective communication with recruiters and branch personnel, and plays a vital role in the success of our caregiving team.

This position is remote, and candidates residing in the Pacific Time Zone will be prioritized.


Key Responsibilities

Caregiver Onboarding

Oversee and implement the onboarding process for new caregivers, ensuring that all welcome communications, necessary documentation, background checks, and tasks are completed accurately and punctually.

Provide caregivers with essential information and materials to prepare them for their orientation.

Address caregiver inquiries and offer support throughout the onboarding journey.


Communication and Collaboration

Work closely with recruiters to gather all required information and documentation from the interview process.

Maintain consistent communication with branches and recruiters to keep them updated on the status of caregiver onboarding.

Promptly address any challenges or issues that arise during the onboarding process.


Orientation Support

Provide real-time updates to branch partners regarding the onboarding status of caregivers and those approved to attend orientation.

Be available to branch partners during orientation to assist with any questions related to outstanding onboarding tasks and facilitate the transition of new hires to employees upon their arrival.


Compliance and Documentation

Ensure that all caregiver files are complete and comply with company policies and regulatory standards.

Update caregiver profiles with relevant certifications, evaluation due dates, and licenses to ensure accurate compliance reporting.


Process Improvement

Continuously seek opportunities to enhance and streamline the caregiver onboarding process.

Propose and implement improvements to ensure a seamless and efficient experience for caregivers.


Qualifications & Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in high-volume talent acquisition or onboarding, preferably in the healthcare sector.
  • Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and systems simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, emphasizing teamwork and collaboration.
  • Familiarity with compliance and regulatory standards in the healthcare or home care industry is advantageous.
  • Proficient in utilizing HR software and systems for tracking and maintaining caregiver information.
  • Moderate proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to successfully pass background and reference checks.

The compensation range for this position is $19-21 per hour based on experience. This is a full-time role, requiring 40 hours per week, and includes comprehensive benefits.
