Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Desktop Support and Administration professional to join our team at Diverse Lynx LLC. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support and maintenance services to our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hardware and Software Support: Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, including VPN connectivity, printer installations, and laptop deployments.
  • Network and System Administration: Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure, including Active Directory and Office 365.
  • Technical Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation using spreadsheets, Excel, documents, and presentations tools.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Active Directory Experience: Must have hands-on experience with Active Directory, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in VPN connectivity, printer installations, laptop deployments, and network infrastructure management.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
