Job Summary

As a Public Sector West Inside Sales District Manager at HP, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals in the public sector, driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role requires a strong leader who can motivate and develop their team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of sales professionals in the public sector, providing guidance and coaching to ensure they meet sales targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand HP's presence in the public sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders in the public sector, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to drive growth.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of sales professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to analyze sales performance and identify areas for improvement, with a focus on driving growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
