Key Responsibilities

- Maintain a vibrant and energetic atmosphere in the store for both customers and colleagues.
- Engage with multiple clients at the cash register, leaving a positive and memorable impression through personalized service.
- Accurately and efficiently handle register transactions, including sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Ensure correct pricing and ringing of merchandise, applying price overrides when necessary.
- Manage customer expectations by clearly communicating product details, care instructions, maintenance, timelines, and delivery options.
- Confirm customer purchases and suggest additional items to enhance their selections.
- Keep clients informed about promotions that may influence their purchases.
- Share insights and testimonials about products, in-store events, and workshops to enrich the customer experience.
- Uphold visual standards and maintain supplies in the cash wrap area.
- Utilize all available resources to meet customer needs and resolve any issues.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management, adhering to all company policies and procedures.

- Possess the ability to ask insightful questions to understand customer preferences and needs.

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Capable of being mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
- Proficient in operating POS systems.

Ability to lift and move medium to large items, up to 75 lbs., while utilizing appropriate equipment and safety measures.

Part-Time Flex associates must be available for a minimum of two scheduled shifts on weekends and two during the week.

Physical Requirements

- Ability to remain mobile on the sales floor for extended periods.
- Proficient in operating POS systems.

Ability to lift and move medium to large items, up to 75 pounds, while utilizing appropriate equipment and safety measures.

This position offers a competitive compensation package, including pay and benefits. Compensation is determined by various factors, including education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.

The anticipated pay range for this role is: $16.85-$17.85 per hour.
