Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain a high level of operational efficiency by ensuring all tasks are executed as planned and product is available for purchase.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by being knowledgeable about products, services, and store policies.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with store teams to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.
  • Process Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience: 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
  • Skills: Proficient with basic technology, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and ability to problem solve.
Working Conditions
  • Physical Demands: Continuous mobility throughout the store during shift, frequent standing, bending, pulling, pushing, reaching, and twisting during shift, and continuous and/or frequent lifting, carrying and/or moving up to 25 lbs. during shift.
