KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Customer Engagement: Welcome customers with a friendly demeanor, respond to questions, and resolve issues in a professional manner.
- Product Expertise: Exhibit a solid understanding of products and services to assist customers effectively.
- Sales Promotion: Encourage and upsell products to boost sales revenue.
- Transaction Processing: Handle orders, manage cash and credit card transactions with precision.
- Cash Management: Ensure the cleanliness of the cash register, adhere to cash handling protocols, and assist with cash collections.
- Regulatory Compliance: Engage in cash audits, participate in team meetings, and ensure compliance with established procedures.
- Language Proficiency: Must be proficient in English (speaking, reading, writing).
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in customer service or cash handling roles.
- Availability: Must be flexible to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Certifications: Required to possess a valid California Food Handler Card and RBS certification.
- Skills: Basic mathematical abilities, knowledge of food handling practices, and experience with point of sale systems.
- Physical Capabilities: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive tasks.
Salary: $23.79 per hour
