About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at The Residences on Jamboree, a premier apartment community in Irvine, CA. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the overall appearance and cleanliness of the community, responding to resident requests for maintenance and service, and performing electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance repair tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the community's grounds, amenities, and buildings to ensure a high level of quality and cleanliness.
  • Respond to resident requests for maintenance and service in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance repair tasks to ensure apartments are ready for occupancy.
  • Maintain tools and equipment, and assist with vendor management and ordering supplies.
  • Foster positive relationships with residents and identify opportunities to improve resident happiness and service.
  • Assist in training and mentoring new Maintenance Technicians and/or Apprentices.
  • Provide superior customer service to internal and external customers.
Requirements
  • Maintenance experience in the multi-family, hospitality, or similar industry.
  • Competency in residential plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, painting, and drywall.
  • Knowledge of and experience in HVAC and carpentry a plus.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Proficient in the use of modern technology, especially computers and smartphones.
  • Valid driver's license and rotating on-call responsibility required.
