Your expertise in product lifecycle management, analysis tools, and scripting languages will be essential in defining customer experiences, driving product roadmaps, and measuring product and business metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define Vision and Customer Need
    • Support the gathering, understanding, and documentation of customer needs based on interactions with customers.
    • Identify iterative improvements to features and help distill customer feedback into actionable tasks.
    • Deliver customer technical requirements to engineering teams.
  • Product Portfolio Management
    • Support the creation of product roadmaps, providing a 1-2 year view of how the product(s) solves customer needs.
    • Contribute near-term input for the product roadmap.
  • Product Planning and Development
    • Support customer goals and business requirements for product release(s) to ensure implementation is aligned with requirements.
    • Develop customer requirements (user stories) and business requirements for a set of assigned features.
    • Review end-of-sprint product demos with development teams and acceptance criteria for feature sets.
  • Launch
    • Support and participate in post-launch reviews, ensuring feedback is reincorporated into the feature.
  • Operate
    • Identify, classify, and prioritize feature-level customer issues with the support of peers and manager.

Requirements:

  • Computer Science Engineering degree or related technical background.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in product lifecycle management.
  • Minimum 2 years' hands-on experience with analysis tools and scripting languages such as SQL.
  • Minimum 1 year's experience with data analysis techniques, pattern identification in structured and semi-structured datasets, and data transformation techniques.
  • Preferred experience in performing User Acceptance, data regression testing, and ensuring project solutions align to requirements.
