Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update financial forecasts for strategic customers with accuracy, providing regular updates to finance and management teams.
  • Calculate price adjustment accruals accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with financial policies.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues in Japan, KIOXIA overseas companies, Sales, Engineering, and other departments to support customer requirements.
  • Contribute to the budgeting and mid-term plan processes.
  • Develop in-depth technical understanding of the products to enhance decision making.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or equivalent, plus 5+ years of job experience.
  • Experience in business development with OEMs.
  • Experienced with NAND Flash or equivalent semiconductor memory products.
  • High standard of accuracy, results-oriented, flexibility, and openness to change.
  • Ability to work well independently and in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional global teams.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as presentation skills.
  • Ability to create and maintain dynamic spreadsheets, pivot tables, and complex formulas for reporting and tracking.
  • Utilize advanced Excel functions to manage and analyze large data sets.
  • Perform data analysis to support decision making and provide actionable insights.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across various Excel-based reports and dashboards.
  • Strong familiarity with PowerPoint.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Working knowledge of financial reconciliation.
  • Ability to travel 25% of the time, both domestically and internationally.
