Key Responsibilities

  • Follow recipes accurately and maintain food preparation processes such as cooking, marinating, seasoning, and grilling meats; chopping herbs; dicing, cutting, and slicing vegetables.
  • Complete hot and cold food preparation assignments accurately, neatly, and in a timely fashion.
  • Follow Edibolic Kitchen's sanitation standards to ensure proper food handling, safety, and sanitation standards while maintaining cleanliness of all working areas, including refrigeration, cooking equipment, dishwasher, and prep areas.
  • Above all, have a positive attitude and love to cook and be in the kitchen.
  • Ideal candidates have food service/batch production experience.
  • Great sense of urgency and creativity.
  • Minimum experience of 2 years in culinary.
  • Food handling and safety knowledge.
  • Detail-oriented.
