At Ultimate Staffing, we are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our eLearning Design and Development team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for setting curriculum design standards, providing expertise in effective curriculum design and assessment, and ensuring a impactful learner's journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement curriculum design standards using proven methodologies and emerging technologies.
  • Provide expertise in effective curriculum design and assessment for adult learners.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness using metrics and make data-driven decisions.
  • Manage external vendors for timely project completion and collaborate with other departments on technical issues.
  • Lead the Curriculum Development Department, ensuring on-time course delivery and designing flexible, multi-platform curriculum for diverse audiences.
  • Align curriculum with learning objectives, incorporating best practices for adult learning and staying current on curricular trends.
  • Foster positive stakeholder relationships, understanding and meeting their needs, and embracing change to encourage a culture that welcomes new ideas.
  • Solve complex problems with professional judgment and systematic analysis, and recommend professional learning opportunities for department staff.
  • Safely archive project documents post-completion, maintaining confidentiality.
Requirements:
  • Advanced knowledge of instructional design principles and proven ability to manage remote teams in multiple locations and time zones.
  • Proficiency in eLearning development tools and Learning Management Systems, clear objective setting and measurement skills for productivity and quality.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with deductive thinking and a focus on the 'big picture.'
  • Strong organizational and time management skills for multiple projects, and knowledge of Motion Picture and Television Industry and Unions preferred.
  • Familiarity with OSHA (California and Federal) regulations, ANSI, NFPA, and other standards preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree in a related field preferred, and 10+ years of professional leadership in eLearning/microlearning programs.
