Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop custom shock absorption and isolation mechanisms
  • Create engineering designs for structural systems associated with chassis
  • Generate production drawings and components with an emphasis on Design for Manufacturing (DFM)
  • Perform testing and assessment of engineering designs
  • Investigate active stabilization methodologies utilizing hydraulics and electromechanical systems

Key Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering discipline
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in the design of automotive chassis, suspension, and stabilization systems
  • Proficient in SolidWorks, including FEA, Buckling, and Fatigue Simulations
  • Experience with Modal Structural Analysis techniques
