Job Overview

We are looking for a seasoned and proactive Senior Account Executive to become a vital part of our expanding Insurance Sales division.

In the role of Senior Account Executive, Insurance Solutions, you will take charge of marketing subscriptions for Nearmap's enterprise SaaS platform tailored for the insurance sector to top-tier property insurance providers across the United States.

Your primary focus will be on strategically uncovering new avenues for expansion while engaging with untapped insurance accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed sales objectives.
  • Develop a targeted Insurance strategy with clear metrics – including key targets and timelines for success.
  • Initiate and cultivate new business by identifying potential clients and guiding them through the sales funnel.
  • Recognize critical purchasing timelines and alliances within existing and prospective accounts to streamline the buying process.
  • Create comprehensive account strategies for major clients, incorporating influence diagrams, organizational structures, and a documented approach to success.
  • Align your prospect's influencers with our senior executives, knowing when and how to leverage these connections effectively.
  • Articulate and convey the company's value proposition, technology, processes, and relevant partnerships.

Throughout the enterprise sales journey, you will map out the client's internal workflows and collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams as necessary to customize a solution that meets the client's needs.

Establish and nurture strong relationships with leads and prospects throughout extended enterprise sales cycles.
You may need to be on-site with these prospects as required, with travel potentially reaching 30-50%.

Maintain a high standard of quality and promptness in all reporting, forecasting, and administrative tasks.

Ensure that customer data in Salesforce is meticulously maintained, including but not limited to customer details, opportunity specifics, and records of customer interactions.
