The Senior Living Executive Leader is accountable for ensuring the community's stability and overall prosperity in collaboration with Bridge Senior Living.
- Execute the mission, vision, and objectives of the organization to enhance the experiences of our Families, Residents, and Associates.
- Plan, guide, and assess Department Directors to maintain the highest standards of care.
- Recruit, interview, and onboard talent while fostering leadership development.
- Guarantee adherence to all regulatory standards.
- Provide timely and precise analyses, reports, and recommendations to Bridge Senior Living regarding community operations.
- Facilitate weekly sales and move-in strategy meetings to inspire teams and drive positive revenue growth.
