YOUR ROLE
Responsible for enhancing the Project Management framework and the deployment of Project Management tools and systems from both a functional and technical standpoint.

Actively promote standardization across various regions. Conduct regular follow-ups on key projects within the designated Countries/Regions. Provide essential support and guidance to local Project Managers and Countries.

When necessary, oversee critical implementation projects in Contract Logistics, including onboarding new clients, relocating operations, constructing facilities, optimizing current operations, or executing strategic internal initiatives, all in line with CEVA's ZDS (Zero Defect Start-up) Project Management Methodology.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Manage or supervise the application of the CEVA CL Project Management methodology across the organization for the designated projects, offering support and guidance to local teams to ensure effective implementation and administration.

Enhance and refine the CL CEVA Project Management methodology to achieve superior implementation outcomes for our clients, while training and coaching local teams to ensure its deployment and global standardization.

Develop, enhance, and oversee the implementation of standardized tools and systems within our Project Management methodology, ensuring that staff are trained and committed to their use.

Facilitate communication and awareness regarding the Project Management methodology across various organizational levels and involved stakeholders. Assist other departments in identifying opportunities and act in accordance with company guidelines to uphold and enhance the company's image and that of its officers.

Drive effective business development through precise project forecasting, planning, and delivery, utilizing written documentation and presentations for both customers and internal stakeholders.

Establish and manage project or program objectives, which encompass proposed budgets, timelines, materials, personnel, and other project requirements, while receiving direction and presenting information to management; may develop and oversee areas that are moderate in scope or impact.

Supervise the development and alignment of complex business implementation projects on a Global/Regional/Country scale, including project communications, reporting, and coordination of customer meetings for project progress updates. Perform additional duties as assigned.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
A college, professional, or university degree in project management, engineering, or business studies.

Significant experience in logistics/supply chain operations along with a solid understanding of operational and business requirements and best practices. A minimum of five years of experience in Project Management. Proficient in financial and resource management. Capable of leading both formal and informal teams.

Demonstrated understanding and success in developing and implementing programs and strategies in a similar global context. Excellent skills in planning, time management, collaboration, decision-making, organization, presentation, influencing, and negotiation.

Experience in developing, implementing, and interpreting policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws, rules, and regulations. Proficient in PC skills, particularly Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Familiarity with recognized project management methodologies.
