In this role, you will serve as the primary contact for our clients, addressing their questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a satisfactory customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming calls from clients, addressing their inquiries and needs with professionalism.
  • Conduct outbound calls to follow up on client inquiries or provide necessary information.
  • Deliver precise and timely information to clients regarding products, services, billing, and account matters.
  • Handle customer complaints and escalate issues to the relevant department when required.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of products and services to assist clients effectively.
  • Record and update client information in the company’s CRM system.
  • Follow call center scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent service delivery.
  • Engage in training sessions and stay updated on new products, services, and procedures.
  • Perform additional related duties as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college education is preferred.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
