Business Development Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Development Coordinator to join our team at Serra Automotive Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients, providing product information, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Initial communication with clients regarding our product and service offerings
  • Answer customer calls and establish follow-up with sales appointments
  • Respond quickly to internet, phone, and live chat inquiries using email, scripts, and templates
  • Present initial financing options based on customer needs
  • Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show
  • Participate in team and process development sessions
Requirements:
  • At least one previous role based in customer service experience
  • Excellent teammate with a collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve
  • Prompt and courteous demeanor
  • Positive and hardworking personality
  • Strong computer skills
  • Valid driver's license
