Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Equipment Finance Collections Specialist II to join our team at First Citizens Bank. As a key member of our Equipment Finance division, you will be responsible for providing collections and administrative support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform a full range of collection activities, including addressing concerns and negotiating for resolution, while providing a customer-centric approach to loss mitigation.
  • May provide training for less experienced specialists in the work group.
  • Interface with Sales, Operations, and Finance departments to resolve billing and collection issues.
  • Perform duties and special projects as assigned by Management to ensure operational efficiency.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • OR - High School Diploma/GED and 4 years of experience in Collections, Customer Service, or Financial Services
Preferred Qualifications
  • Mid-stage collections experience
  • Banking and/or Finance collections experience
  • Leasing account collections
  • Large Financial Institution experience
