Director of Social Responsibility and Partnerships

We are seeking a highly skilled Director of Social Responsibility and Partnerships to lead our efforts in creating equitable and sustainable economic growth and financial inclusion around the world.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in program development, philanthropy, and grant-making, as well as strong partnership development and execution skills. This role offers an estimated salary range of $180,000-$230,000 annually, depending on location and experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the Center's strategy in the Americas, overseeing a diverse team to advance economic growth and financial inclusion, building partnerships with NGOs, policymakers, and community organizations, managing a budget and financial planning for social impact initiatives, monitoring and evaluating the impact of programs, and reporting on progress and outcomes to senior leadership and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute the Center's strategy in the Americas.
• Oversee a diverse team to advance economic growth and financial inclusion.
• Build partnerships with NGOs, policymakers, and community organizations.
• Manage a budget and financial planning for social impact initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of programs to ensure they meet strategic goals.

Requirements:
• Advanced degree in a related field and previous experience in financial services preferred.
• Fluency in Spanish preferred.
• Proven track record of success in inclusive growth and financial inclusion.
