About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Head of Strategic Partnerships to lead our business development efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our partnerships across various verticals, managing our pipeline, and closing deals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to secure and integrate new partnerships that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement pricing strategies for our partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the product team to understand and communicate product capabilities and requirements.
  • Handle the partnership process from start to finish, including building partner decks, negotiating contracts, and tracking partner engagement.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitors, partners, and market dynamics to inform our strategic roadmap.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in partnerships/business development, preferably in B2B health tech.
  • Proven ability to work with marketing, product, and engineering teams to develop and scale partnerships.
  • Candidates with a start-up mentality and experience in fast-paced environments are highly valued.

Pay Transparency: The estimated starting annual salary range for this position is $180,000 to $219,000 USD. Total compensation may include equity and employee benefits. We value the potential upside from equity in our compensation package.
