You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver primary and specialty health care services, integrating the nursing roles of clinical, teaching, consulting, care coordination/case management, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities- Provide professional nursing care to patients, utilizing a systematic approach to nursing practice and incorporating the principles of the Nursing Process.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in the field of nursing.
- Contribute to a culture of patient-focused, whole-person care by demonstrating empathy, compassion, and respect for each patient's values and preferences.
- Nursing degree (Baccalaureate, Associate, or Diploma) from an accredited school of nursing.
- Washington Registered Nurse License.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
- 1 year of recent RN experience in a patient care setting or clinical environment.
- 2 years of recent RN experience in a patient care setting in area(s) of responsibility.
- Recent prior experience in a hospital and outpatient setting.
- Recent prior experience with phone triage.
