The ideal candidate will possess experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment, particularly with QS/ISO certifications and familiarity with Tier 1 automotive standards.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive corrective actions utilizing various analytical and statistical methodologies.
  • Design, implement, oversee, and refine the QA system to ensure product quality aligns with customer and product specifications.
  • Collaborate with customers and suppliers to address quality-related issues.
  • Develop, inspire, and train personnel to meet QA standards.
  • Resolve both internal and external quality challenges.
  • Provide summaries and trends of customer complaints to relevant personnel.
  • Enhance QA system procedures and documentation.
  • Educate staff on QA protocols and guidelines.
  • Monitor quality-related costs, aiming to minimize waste and non-value-added activities.
  • Utilize measuring tools effectively.
  • Conduct audits of the QA system.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Trained as a QS/ISO 9000 auditor.
  • Familiarity with SPC, DOE, TOPS, APQP, PPAP, and QFD.
  • Understanding of layout and GD&T.

Preferred Skills:
  • Strong communication abilities.
  • Proficient analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Diplomatic approach to conflict resolution.
  • Competence in PC software, including word processing and spreadsheets.
