About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer to join our team at Stryten Energy. As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of our manufacturing processes, ensuring high-quality products, and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve process-related issues
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence
  • Develop and maintain process documentation and training materials
  • Lead and participate in process improvement projects and initiatives
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field (e.g., mechanical, industrial, manufacturing)
  • 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing or process engineering role
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control principles
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
