Job Title: Digital Quality Assurance Supervisor

This is a supervisory role that oversees the daily operations of the Digital Quality Assurance team. The successful candidate will participate in quality assurance and testing of Toyota's digital customer experience platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign testing tasks to team members and train them on tools and methodologies to ensure software tests align with acceptance criteria, coding standards, and quality standards.
  • Evaluate test scripts, test coverage, and test results against expected behavior and recommend improvements to test scripts, test plans, test strategy, and test policy documents.
  • Participate in product planning ceremonies, backlog grooming, and user story elaboration sessions with the product team to gain contextual knowledge and identify potential defects in initial designs.
  • Report to the Digital QA Manager and mentor Digital QA Analysts, conducting mid-year and end-of-year reviews.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • 4+ years of related professional experience in quality assurance or a related field.
  • Quality assurance certification is a plus (e.g., CSTE, CSQA, CAST).
  • Experience with Agile software development, digital platforms, and digital user experience.
  • Familiarity with automated testing tools (Selenium, Gherkin, Cucumber).
Working Conditions:

The physical demands of this role include sitting or standing as needed, walking on a level surface, and lifting up to 25 pounds. The primary environment is an ambient room temperature, lighting, and traditional office equipment.
