Key Responsibilities- Co-teach with other educators to create a developmentally appropriate curriculum that aligns with our center's philosophy and accreditation guidelines.
- Organize and plan educational activities that promote learning and growth in children of all ages.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective educational program.
- Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports the diverse needs of children and families.
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers to ensure a smooth transition between home and school.
- Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Coursework or training in Early Childhood Education, including core classes and infant/toddler development.
- Experience working with preschool-age children and infants/toddlers.
- Supervised field experience in an early childhood setting.
- Current/valid California Commission on Teaching Credentialing - Teacher Permit.
- Background check clearance by the CA Department of Social Services - (CPMB) Care Provider Management Bureau, (DOJ) Department of Justice, and Child Abuse Central Index.
- Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
