Job Title: Store Cleaning Associate

At HomeGoods, we're always looking for talented individuals to join our team as Store Cleaning Associates. As a key member of our store operations team, you'll play a vital role in maintaining a clean and organized store environment that delights our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the operation of floor care equipment and adherence to operational standards.
  • Support the growth of your career by cross-training in multiple areas of the store and contributing to the success of our business.
  • Role model excellent customer service skills and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
  • Adhere to all company policies concerning Health and Safety and maintain a safe environment for our customers and colleagues.
  • Participate in safety awareness and maintain a safe environment.
Requirements:
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work a flexible schedule to support business needs.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks.
  • Capable of multi-tasking and responding appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and ability to lift heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.

This position has a starting pay range of $12.00 to $12.50 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
