Job Opportunity at Batteries Plus

Batteries Plus, the nation's largest growing battery and light bulb franchise, is seeking a full-time customer-oriented individual to join our team at our North Chesterfield, VA location. Our stores offer national brands at exceptional value, and our Retail Sales Associates provide knowledge and offer solutions that differentiate us from the competition.

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, offering solutions to customers, and working with small parts and tools for phone repair and device repair. You will also have the opportunity to gain quick and solid understanding of our electronic retail and cross-referencing system.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma/equivalent and 6 months prior work experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Customer service and sales-oriented with high motivation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred
  • Ability to lift 50 + lbs
