About the Role

Gravity Research is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Executive Advisor to join our team and contribute to our mission of empowering organizations to anticipate risk, spot opportunities, and rationalize reputational concerns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of client relationships, serving as the on-call advisor for senior corporate executives.
  • Leverage subject matter expertise to deliver custom insights to clients, facilitating decision-making and crisis management.
  • Provide research briefings, including individual client briefings, webinars, and roundtables, to support clients in navigating societal issues.
  • Serve as a liaison between the research team and revenue team, ensuring research is customized to meet client needs and supporting account renewal.
Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in client-service roles, preferably in strategy or management consulting, political consulting, or corporate law.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to respond to client questions in real-time and facilitate engaging discussions.
  • Strong oral presentation skills, with a proven track-record of hosting executive-level briefings and larger scale events.
  • Ability to highlight key insights within complex data, synthesize large amounts of information, and clearly explain these insights to clients.
  • Earned Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred (MBA, MPP, JD).
  • Willingness to travel to clients (up to 25%).
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, with a track record of building new initiatives from conception to execution.
  • Prodigious work ethic and spirit of generosity.
  • Active contributor to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
