Job Title: Security Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated Security Supervisor to oversee daily operations at a new start-up. This role is responsible for managing security staff on your shift, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures, and addressing any security incidents in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise security personnel during assigned shifts.
  • Ensure security staff are fully trained and comply with company and client policies.
  • Conduct regular patrols and inspections to ensure a safe environment.
  • Respond to security incidents and emergencies, escalating as necessary.
  • Manage access control systems, ensuring proper protocols are followed.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed shift reports, incident logs, and other documentation.
  • Coordinate with site leadership to address security concerns and needs.
  • Ensure excellent customer service is provided to clients, visitors, and employees.
  • Provide ongoing training and mentoring to security officers.
Qualifications:
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities.
  • Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations.
  • Proficient in using security equipment and surveillance systems.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
