Job Summary:

As a Concrete Cutter, you will be responsible for performing precise cutting, shaping, and finishing of concrete surfaces in various construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in concrete cutting techniques, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to maintaining safety standards on the job site.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate Concrete Cutting Equipment: Utilize saws and grinders to cut, shape, and finish concrete surfaces with precision and accuracy.
  • Read and Interpret Blueprints: Accurately read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans to determine cutting requirements.
  • Measure and Mark Surfaces: Measure and mark surfaces for cutting using appropriate tools and techniques to ensure accurate cuts.
  • Ensure Safety Compliance: Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to safety standards and regulations while operating equipment and working on job sites.
  • Collaborate with Construction Teams: Work effectively with construction teams to complete projects efficiently and accurately.
  • Perform Routine Maintenance: Regularly maintain cutting equipment to ensure optimal performance and extend its lifespan.
  • Communicate Effectively: Communicate project updates and challenges to supervisors and team members in a clear and concise manner.
