Job Title: Lead Housing Search Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Housing Search Specialist to join our team at Community Teamwork Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the Housing Search Specialist team and leading the team to provide secure housing opportunities for low-income individuals and families.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and train Housing Search Specialists to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality housing search services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with property owners and property management companies to secure housing opportunities for clients.
  • Track and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of the housing search program and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Supervisor to develop and implement a comprehensive listing of property owners and property management companies.
  • Support the team with stabilization efforts and facilitate touchpoints and home visits as needed.
  • Maintain high standards of program quality assurance and provide quality assurance oversight within the HCEC housing search team.
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of housing search techniques and best practices.
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in case management work in a human service field.
  • HS or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience working with low-income, culturally diverse, and at-risk families.
  • Excellent customer service, organizational, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in basic computer software and data collection.
  • Excellent crisis management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to travel to client's homes to perform home visits when needed.
  • Dependable transportation and ability to travel to other sites, meetings, agencies, and providers.
