Position Summary
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for our staffing operations, handling incoming inquiries, overseeing job postings, and coordinating applicant schedules. We are a dynamic, friendly, and energetic team seeking an individual who shares our collaborative spirit. Your daily responsibilities will include pre-screening candidates for our staffing consultants, managing and analyzing job postings on platforms such as ZipRecruiter, Indeed, Google Jobs, and our Applicant Tracking System. Additionally, you will support our HR and Operations team with social media content as required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track applicant engagement on external job platforms.
  • Assist the Operations/HR team in crafting and publishing job advertisements and generating social media content.
  • Handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
  • Maintain the office whiteboard with current job openings.
  • Pre-screen candidates and arrange initial interview schedules.
  • Repost job advertisements through our internal ATS.
  • Perform filing duties.
  • Update the company website as needed.
  • Complete other related tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Strong passion and proficiency in customer service.
  • Experience in clerical tasks.
  • Excellent organizational abilities.
  • Effective communication skills across all organizational levels.
  • Creative writing capabilities.

Work Schedule: Standard business hours, Monday to Friday.
Compensation: $18-$20 per hour, based on office productivity.
We provide employees with weekly paychecks (direct deposit), and upon eligibility, we offer health insurance, accrued paid sick time, and a retirement savings option.
