Job Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a Marketing and Sales Plan to support the growth of our Hospice program. This includes building relationships with referral contacts, making outbound calls to drive appointments, and representing Otterbein at public functions.

You will also be responsible for educating the public, Otterbein partners, and potential referral sources on end-of-life care, advance directives, and hospice eligibility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage the contact and leads database.
  • Establish relationships with key referral contacts.
  • Make outbound calls to drive on-campus or on-location appointments.
  • Develop and execute a detailed 'Marketing and Sales Plan.'
  • Educate the public and referral sources on end-of-life care.

The estimated salary range for this position is $68,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience.
