As a key member of our team, you'll partner with HR Business Partners and COE leaders to develop, manage, and scale key initiatives, processes, and operations.

The Opportunity

As a Senior Program Manager, you'll have the opportunity to drive impact and make a meaningful difference in our organization. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize initiatives, develop and implement process improvements, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with HR Business Partners to streamline and standardize delivery of critical HR programs and initiatives to business leaders.
  • Identify, design, implement, and scale process and technology improvements to improve HRBP efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborate with Centers of Excellence on cross-functional initiatives, including alignment of resources to the stated vision and strategy, and ensuring clear and consistent roll-outs of programs and processes.
  • Coordinate and create dashboards/ad hoc reports and insights on key employee metrics illustrating impact on business.
  • Spearhead special initiatives to support EX PMO priorities to drive effective portfolio management, prioritization, collaboration, and communication across the organization.

What You'll Need

  • 10+ years of experience in program management or operations, preferably within HR.
  • Outstanding ability to program manage complex operations, and lead teams through transformational change initiatives.
  • Experience designing, implementing, scaling, and optimizing global HR processes and programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and partnerships at all levels of the organization, identify and align diverse perspectives, and advise and influence senior partners.
  • Ability to use critical thinking skills to breakdown sizable problems into meaningful pieces, and leverage data to derive insights.
  • Superb judgment and integrity, including excellent decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication, written, and verbal skills, and solid attention to detail.
  • Comfort with ambiguity, a can-do attitude, and the ability to learn, grow, and take on expanded duties as business needs evolve.
  • Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies, as well as basic technical understanding to effectively communicate with technical teams.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary and short-term incentives in the form of sales commission plans. Certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
